Our History

California IVF Fertility Center is a private practice office serving the Sacramento region.  In addition to being an innovator in the field of infertility treatments, California IVF is also a destination for many patients across the United States and other countries.  Our Sacramento Infertility Specialists are developing new approaches to how infertility services are provided.

Changing the future

California IVF Fertility Center is changing fertility treatments to improve the outcomes for our patients.  Most fertility clinics boast they use the latest technology.  This technology is usually developed by other centers.  Our research and constant process improvement has allowed us to change the status quo.

New Facility!  Excellent Success!

We are excited to be in a new facility with many enhancements that will help us usher in the next generation of fertility treatments.  A highly specialized air system, anti-vibration changes to the building foundation, and redundant battery and generator power are just a few of the changes we anticipate to further increase our already excellent success rates.  Our IVF program has experienced consistent clinical pregnancy rates of 68-70% for patients under 40, and near 80% when genetic testing is used to screen for genetically normal embryos.

We provide

A range of fertility services for any couple/individual

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)

IVF is a procedure involving the stimulation of multiple eggs using medications, called gonadotropins, that are similar to natural hormones (FSH) that cause eggs to grow.

Donor Eggs

Donor egg treatments involve the stimulation and collection of eggs from an egg donor. The eggs are fertilized with the partner’s sperm. After embryos are grown in the embryology lab, an embryo transfer procedure takes place.

Tubal Reversal

A bilateral tubal anastomosis, or BTA, is also known as a tubal reversal.  A woman who has had a previous tubal ligation by clips, rings, or fulguration may be a candidate for a tubal reanastomosis.

Vasectomy Reversal

Vasectomy reversal, or vas reversal, is a surgical procedure used to reverse a vasectomy. Vasectomy procedures are used by men as a form of surgical sterilization. During a vasectomy, the vas deferens, or tube that carries the sperm from the testis to the outside, is tied and cut.

Donor Sperm

Donor sperm can be used in many different situations.  The most common uses of donor sperm are for single women, same sex, or lesbian couples, or couples in which the male does not produce sperm or there are genetic conditions that they do not want to pass on.

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)

The introduction of the sperm sample into the uterine cavity may be performed to increase the number of sperm in the upper genital tract.  In certain individuals this may increase the likelihood of conception.
